1. Agreement to Terms
By accesssing and using FlyWallet ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (TOS), General Conditions of Use (CGU), and General Conditions of Sale (CGV). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Non-Custodial Nature
FlyWallet is a non-custodial wallet provider. We do not store your private keys, seed phrases, or passwords. You are solely responsible for the security of your account and your funds. If you lose access to your account or your private keys, FlyWallet cannot recover them, and your funds may be permanently lost.
3. Wallets and Cryptocurrencies
The Platform supports various cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Litecoin (LTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Solana (SOL). We provide tools for generating addresses, managing balances, and executing transactions. You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible.
4. Subscription Plans & Payments
FlyWallet offers several subscription tiers:
- Free Plan: Limited features, strictly 1 Stealth Address, basic wallet management.
- Premium Plan: Expanded limits (up to 10 wallets/stealth addresses), advanced security, and limited API access.
- Unlimited Plan: No limits on wallets or stealth addresses, full API access, and VIP support.
Payments are processed via cryptocurrency. Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated. Any plan changes will take effect according to the billing cycle.
5. Privacy & Stealth Mode
Our Stealth Mode provides enhanced privacy by generating ephemeral addresses. While we strive to provide maximum anonymity, you agree not to use FlyWallet for any illegal activities, including money laundering or financing terrorism. We reserve the right to suspend accounts suspected of violating international laws.
6. API Usage
Usage of the FlyWallet API is subject to rate limiting based on your subscription plan. Excessive requests or attempts to circumvent these limits may lead to API key revocation or account suspension.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlyWallet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services.
